Bondexpo 2015: Progressive cavity pump VISCO.pump® introduced to the professional audience
The manufacturer of gear, radial piston and centrifugal pumps worked to perfect the geometries and the compensation of the inlet pressure in particular when developing the new VISCO.pump® progressive cavity pump. The aim of this development was considerably reducing the installation space and thereby introducing a light and space-saving product onto the market. By developing a new drive coupling system with a short joint design, Beinlich has succeeded in making the VISCO.pump® significantly smaller than systems to date. This makes the progressive cavity pump particularly well-suited for use in small dosing robots, since the centrifugal forces in fast, dynamic traverse paths cannot influence the pump.
Visitors could convince themselves of the advantages of the pump during an expert presentation which was held by COO Luigi de Luca and construction manager Dipl.-Ing. Michael Köllmann at the Beinlich booth. “The advantages are that the pump is able to produce a precise cavity and has an optimal volumetric efficiency. Due to our improvements concerning the installation space, VISCO.pump® is lightweight and pressure stable”, Köllmann sums up.
All participants are also satisfied with the trade fair in general. “Bondexpo was a good meeting point to exhibit our products. The visitors showed considerable interest in our new development VISCO.pump®. It is already planned to participate in Bondexpo 2016”, Jürgen Echterhage, Managing Director of Beinlich Pumpen, explains.
